Shipping

Processing Times: All orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

Delivery Times: Standard delivery within Australia usually takes 3–7 business days. 

Shipping Rates:
-Flat rate shipping: $10 Australia wide
-Free shipping on orders over $150

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Arch & Ivy pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s our returns policy:

Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Exclusions: Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

Return Shipping: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as Arch & Ivy cannot take responsibility for items lost in return transit.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method (excluding original shipping costs).

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. items can be returned and change of mind can be made at own cost. 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty or you received the wrong product, please contact us through our "contact us" page within 7 days of receiving your order. We will cover the return postage and send a replacement or issue a refund.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS PLEASE READ:

International Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Arch & Ivy has no control over these fees and cannot estimate the amount that may be charged. If an order is refused due to unpaid customs charges, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs and any fees incurred.
