- Processing Times: All orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
- Delivery Times: Standard delivery within Australia usually takes 3–7 business days. Regional areas may take longer.

-Flat rate shipping: $10 Australia-wide-Free shipping on orders over $150
- Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Arch & Ivy pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s our returns policy:
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Exclusions: Sale items and personalised/custom pieces are final and cannot be returned.
- Return Shipping: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as Arch & Ivy cannot take responsibility for items lost in return transit.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method (excluding original shipping costs).
- Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange for a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refunds
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty or you received the wrong product, please contact us at [your email here] within 7 days of receiving your order. We will cover the return postage and send a replacement or issue a refund.
