Refund policy


Returns & Exchanges



We want you to love your Arch & Ivy pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s our returns policy:


  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Exclusions: Sale items and personalised/custom pieces are final and cannot be returned.
  • Return Shipping: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as Arch & Ivy cannot take responsibility for items lost in return transit.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method (excluding original shipping costs).
  • Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange for a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refunds

 

 

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

If your item is faulty or you received the wrong product, please contact us at Taylah@archandivy.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will cover the return postage and send a replacement or issue a refund.
