By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information.

We accept payment via Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other options shown at checkout.

Orders are not confirmed until payment has been processed.

Shipping & Delivery

 

 

Processing times are 2–3 business days.

Standard shipping within Australia takes approximately 3–7 business days. Regional deliveries may take longer.

Flat rate shipping: $10 Australia-wide.

Free shipping on orders over $150.

Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays or items lost in transit.

Returns & Exchanges

 

 

 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Sale items and custom/personalised pieces are non-returnable.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed once returned items are received and inspected (excluding original shipping costs).

All content on this website, including logos, designs, images, and text, are the property of Arch & Ivy and cannot be used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Arch & Ivy shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries related to the use of our products or services.
